Nicole's Short-cut Win
For the short cut challenge, the winner gets immunity from elimination, and a guaranteed spot in the final three.
Daniel, Dee, Nicole and Charlie get their clients, to be judged by Jose Eber, the original clip-on hair extensions guru.(Remember his infomercials in the '90's?)
As the stylists work on the first clients, they are stopped and a second client is added: identical twins of the first client. Nicole makes her twins look quite different, and wins the challenge. And the very important immunity.
For the elimination challenge, they bring in photographer Michael Greco, who is really an ass. When did photographers gain so much control over photo shoots? I must have missed that one. The assignment is to create avant-garde hair in line with seasonal themes. Daniel adds red braids to his hairstyle, and is eliminated. Speaking of elimination, this is where Kim Vo makes his oft-quoted line about "taking a laxative and a sleeping pill at the same time". Really Kim? Did we want to know this? Dee does her usual hairstyle, with colorful extensions. It seems whatever crap (pardon the pun) Charlie puts out, he wins.

Wishful thinking, IMO. There have been some spoiler indications that Charlie wins. Ugh.
