Dee
In the final episode, the three remaining stylists have a one-on-one meeting with Allure Editor-in-Chief Linda Wells as she reviews their portfolio and critiques their performance on the show. During the final elimination challenge, the stylists cut, color, and style four different models ranging in age from 16 to 60. Famed stylist Sally Hershberger joins as the final guest judge.
As Charlie, Nicole and Dee open their scissor boxes, Dee has the redheads, Nicole the brunettes and Charlie the blondes. They also have to dress them.
Charlie really blows this challenge by making all his models, including his 18 year old, look years older than their ages by giving them all retro-styles. The 45 year old looked 70. So much for having too much confidence.
Nicole does a good job, but not as consistent as Dee.
Dee, 37, began her career by working as a computer graphic artist for a Paul Mitchell Distributor in Miami, and today she is a "Task Force" and "Premiere Member" for John Paul Mitchell Systems, which entails teaching and coaching other Paul Mitchell educators on the latest trends of cut and color. Dee also owns Hair by Dee, an educational service that provides one-on-one styling skills and personal training to salon staff and individuals. Dee also spends her time as the Art Director and hair designer at Peter of London Salon and Spa in Miami.
Daniel is named "Fan Favorite".
